WOOD WORKING VANITY
Help with teenage bedroom design?

I am 16, and am hoping for a glamorous bedroom. My room is painted a dark rose (pink) color and i have a dark cream color tile floor. This is my new bedding set

and I have yet to buy any furniture. However I’m hoping to buy a black vanity, desk and etc. However idk if black would be a good idea, anybody have any idea how to make it work. I guess dark wood would be the alternative.

Any suggestions, creative designs?

O and if you guys know any creative ideas to do with picturesnplz share them? (i love photography)

The colors you chose are beautifully vintage. The white on the bed needs to be softened with a throw at the bottom of the bed that incorporates the 3 colors. http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_8ZpeZz4bKaY/SoDuO09F3BI/AAAAAAAAAfE/hwBoEs4wZCE/s1600/Isabella_Pink_Toile_Bedding_Room_Decor_Accessories.jpg Finding a print in different thicknesses and materials allows you to pull things together,

Add a soft white rug Black furniture is fine but nothing has the Elegance or a deco period vanity. Scour the used furniture shops and paint one black I got mine for 40$ http://media-cdn.tripadvisor.com/media/photo-s/01/5b/41/ab/antique-vanity-in-the.jpg Find the vanity them see what it dictates for the rest of te furniture

Drop a shelf 12 inches from the ceiling around the entire round For books and Photos in simple black and white frames
