Six pack please? Lol?
I'm 15 and I will turn 16 in few months and really want to work on my chest and abdomen. I know well built, but I have a six pack and pecs distinguished. Any tips for getting a job quickly? I'm in a kind of weight training and conditioning in my school, but ends in a week, and I have a gym membership or home gym, so I need a good exercise that will build myself. I a set of weights, but the house is almost done – the prescription of weight in a long piece of wood. I'm only up to 15 pounds, 30 pounds and bench press I would not be too well … So welcome any help = D
