Can you fill nail holes in wood trim with spackle instead of wood putty?
I have a lot of wood trim that I just added to a room I am working on. I countersunk the nails and need to fill them. I used to use wood putty, but I was told that spackle could be used. I know I may have to fill twice because it will evaporate but can it be used assuming you are planning on painting the wood?
