what types of wood chips won’t have harmful fumes.. (for a guinea pig)?
I’d like to know what types of wood I can use to make my own bedding for my guinea pig. I have access to woodshop tools (a lathe in particular) and would like to make wood chips for my gp (her name is morgan). I have read pine and cedar are bad because they release cancerous fumes, maybe cherry or some fruit woods? does anyone know?
paper seems to work, but I want my gp morgan to have the best.
