Question on Leg Exercises?
Yea, so I’ve been trying to bulk up over the summer. Probably not the best time to be doing that but I’ve been making some progress anyway. Figured 8 more pounds and I’ll be good-thing is all I’ve had to work out with was a plank of wood and some free weights. “Seems” have been working out ok, however my leg workout is lacking. Mostly just do lunges and squats. Anyway, my knees look all big and weird like they’re sticking out and I’m not sure what would be an effective calf exercise considering i have no machinery. Tryin to avoid comin out of this all messed up and out of proportion, if you guys have any advice then share the wealth-I could use it.
Calf exercises are usually toe raises, you can do them standing on a 2×4 board or a step.
Let your heels come down below the foot and then rise up so your heels are above the toes.
You can hold onto dumb bells to increase the exercise.
