What is needed to make my garage workshop?

I've been a builder and I'm in the hands of some of Lego. The only place where I have to build Pop in my basement. The work plan is in very poor condition, the tools are only produces about the measure and are simply not sure. So I'm trying convert my garage into a new workshop. What I think is able to do this?
