To buy the following … router or table saw?
I'm trying to decide which tool to buy next to my studio … router or saw table. So far, my woodworking projects were small and simple. Now I want to start making basic foundation and wall cabinets, doors and drawers. Cutting panels discounts, etc. is a party. Which would you choose? I have a compound miter saw and a circular saw.
Much will depend on what you do with it. The heart of most of the shops is a table saw. Panels can not be cut with a circular saw. I'm sure some people do not need a TS, but for the average person you will be able to do much more with a good TS.
