Table saws?
I am a woodworker custom. Soon we will be looking for a new table saw when I'm done with the construction of my study. Price and portability is not important because the mountain is an investment in a long time and never be moved once established. More important is the durability, high solid sturdy table, and the power of being able to reduce to 8 and 12 / 4 white oak, mahogany, rosewood and other hardwoods and dense. Good Fence Biesemeyer style, or type specifically required. Anyone have any experience with these types of saws? What would you recommend? In the shop of my old friend I use delta unisaw, I think of ten inches, with 2 1 / 2 hp I think. It has a nice big, heavy cast iron table with a billboard-lok. It is wonderful, only problem is that he is my boyfriend and he sold no more than two before him. Comments?
I would seriously consider Steel City Tools. It was founded by some of the best engineers, management and marketing Time of Delta, which were purchased by Black & Decker. An insider told me to have some of their best people who know business.
